Apple issued emergency updates to fix a flaw that allows highly invasive spyware to infect its products without so much as a click.

The spyware, called Pegasus, used a novel method to invisibly infect an Apple device without the victim’s knowledge for as long as six months. Known as a “zero click remote exploit,” it is considered the Holy Grail of surveillance because it allows governments, mercenaries and criminals to secretly break into a victim’s device without tipping them off.

I saw that but I have the iPhone 6 and it isn't compatible with the update fix! I've been waiting for the iPhone 13 to come out to see if prices drop on the iPhone 12. I may have waited too long. DH has the iPhone 6s and he was able to update his.

I get notified soon as a update is out and I run it soon as I can, which I did on my XSMAX a few hours after update. As of last night update was not out for my iPad but it always gets run soon after. Thus old ad 1 no longer gets updates but is only used here for forum and to play solitaire .
