If anyone has been displaced by Ida, you're welcome to come to my place for a while. I have a 30 amp hookup with water and a Blue Boy. Probably can't take a rig over 25" easily but you're more than welcome. 27 acres to roam over and pets welcome. Even have a small fenced area for dogs.

I have a site with electric and sewer about 10 miles South of Lafayette, La. I would have to get a plumber to fix the freeze damage to get water.

That is at some property I have North of where I live. The freeze last winter broke a pipe so we turned the water off at the meter. I just haven't gotten around to fixing it since I don't need water there. When we put in electricity I put in RV hookup in case I need them. I leave my motorhome there for storms but I wouldn't stay in an RV for one of the storms.

Oh, I thought you were talking about your motorhome. For the last two years, we never de-winterized the house so stayed in a campground so we would have water. Two winters ago, our house flooded while we were in FL and the damage was so substantial that it was no longer livable on the first floor. Flooding does terrible damage and after five floods in the last 20 years (the first 20, we were dry), we practically gave our property away.
