Tina, here's hoping you have a wonderful birthday with great things happening for you and the dogs at the dog show. A slice of cake wouldn't hurt, either!

Thank you for my BD wishes. The weekend of Dog showing in the chilly weather and some rain just about did me in but I am looking forward to spending a couple days off running only a few errands and catching several much needed naps and rests. I am making swing past the Tax ladies office today and an acupuncture appointment at 4:30.

Jane gave me the bestest present. She went Best of Breed over 3 Specials out of the classes for a 4 point Major win. One of the Specials (A Special is any dog or Bitch that is a Champion) was her sister Swift, that had beaten Jane yesterday to finish her Championship and just moved up to the Champions class in time to be beaten, this time, by her sister Jane. Jane now only needs 2 more points for her Championship. I made Cindy stay in her pantyhose and suit to take her back into the big regular Sporting Group ring for me. It had about 25 dog in it and I didn't think I could stand that long. I took her into the smaller Owner Handler Sporting Group with only 12 Sporting Breeds represented. She didn't place in either but it was nice to have been invited and it is always nice to be seen.....
