"Nomadland" film

I watched "Nomadland" on Hulu tonight. . .
Oh my.
What a beautiful little film.
To say it was a "movie about a woman living in a van on the road" is a vast over-simplification. In thinking about it now, trying to understand it and how it moved me, I think it was a movie more about courage than anything. The kind of gentle courage that gets one through the day - and gets one through life.
Certainly not for everyone, but I liked it very much - and I was not expecting to like it at all.
The film was 'interesting' - no beatings, no murders, no car chases, no major "drama", nothing of the "usual" kind of thing - no real "conflict" of any kind. No "big message" hitting you over the head.
It was beautifully crafted, wonderfully acted, exquisitely photographed and movingly written. Melancholy. . . yet also strangely joyful.
For me, it was very understated and thought-provoking, the kind of film that will stay with me for a very long time indeed.
I highly recommend it.
It made me feel very thankful for the life that I have led, and and the life that I now have.
Has anyone else here seen it? What did you think?
