Beautifying an Ugly Window

Postby Bethers » Sat Oct 17, 2020 3:35 pm

All the casita windows are ugly but the ones in the bathroom and in my storage room are the worst. Replacing them isn't in the plans, so I'm beautifying them. Here's the bathroom window now.

I think I'll have to pull out the fridge to do the other window, but it'll get done

You can't see through it, but it does let light in. If I remember I'll take a pic of the other window I want to do.

I got 1/2 of the second window before it was finished. Just a hint, never do this with the sun shining in bright. I messed up and didn't get it level, but it's such an improvement that I'm leaving it.

I didn't even scrape all the old junk off the windows. I spent a long time on them before. This might not hold forever because I didn't do that, but it's such an improvement for now, I'm happy
