I would appreciate any helpful hints dealing with this. . I am now light sensitive but need brighter light to see. Rather difficult when driving from bright sunlight into shade. Sunglasses made it difficult to see in the shade. It was a fluke but tried the night vision glasses with the yellow lenses and they worked. My SUV is as heavily tinted as allowed by law so that is a plus. I had cataract surgery 15 yrs ago but AMD has made it necessary to return to bifocals. I’m not complaining as long as I can keep driving.

Hopefully Karen sees this as she deals with it. She gets shots. Is yours wet or dry AMD?
Wishing you successful treatment plan.

I don't know much, but i know my mother had it for several years and the yellow glasses really helped her also.
What about transition lenses?

Mine is dry so not treatable. New glasses will have blue tint for internet surfing and anti glare. Haven’t worn glasses for years so not sure how vision will be improved. I had a pity party for a month and now will just take it a day at a time.
