Will all the women who have one of these check in here and let me know their opinion? I am considering one, but have bought so many gadgets over the years I do use anymore, so hesitant. Thank You, lyn

I bought a small one but haven't tried it out yet. I know those who have (and use) them swear by them. They do take up a lot of counter space but if you use it a lot, it would be worth it.

I have 2. A smaller one 3.7L and a big one 5.7L I love mine. Easy cleanup, fast cooking. I love it the best of ALL my gadgets.

It's my favorite gadget also. I didn't realize how big the 1st one I ordered was. It now has a home at my casita. Then I purchased the baby size (smaller than Karen's small one) and it comes with me in the rv.

I have a small one and LOVE it. I loved fried foods but can't eat them so this gadget is WONDERFUL. Only have to spray a little cooking oil and you get fried-like foods. I love meat, mostly chicken, in it and if you like cauliflower try coating some pieces with olive oil, then parmesan cheese and air fry them. YUM. I even cook frozen biscuits in it. Best of all my gadgets.

Thanks for posing this question, Lyn. I've wondered about these myself. I know they are the latest craze but need to know if folks really use them. I don't need to add something that just takes up spaces.

I have the small Dash one. It is definitely for cooking for one. It holds one hamburger patty or half a ribeye steak. I like the steak cooked in it and it's so much easier to clean than the electric grill. I'm starting to use the fryer more. I haven't tried raw potatoes yet but it does a great job crisping up leftover french fries.

I was wondering what the electric draw would be using it in the camper. I might bring it on my next trip to see how it does.

Martha the Dash 1.2L is 1000 watts and the 1.6L is 1200 watts. I have been looking around and have decided to wait until summer when the heat comes. Then I will appreciate it a lot more.

I have been doing much research on air fryers. It now seems to me that they are a replacement for the oven. We have a nice gas oven in our condo. Gas is free to us and electricity is very expensive. So, for now, I will use air fryers receipes and put things in the oven.
Many thanks to all for the valuable info you have given! Lyn
