Wow Barbie, you have been busy, it looks great. I think you should wait a bit to see how many more offers you get!! I think you could maybe get at least another 10k. What does your realtor say? You could just retire and flip houses. So happy for you.

Barbie, you should definitely get more than you’re asking. Here in my area which borders on Silicon Valley, multiple offers over asking price are the norm. Allow enough time for those who are interested and serious to bid against each other. Whoever goes the highest will be the winner along with you.
