Finally it’s done. It was actually about 98% complete 4 weeks ago except one part of the fixtures had to be remade by the manufacturer because the original version was scratched while being made. Since the fixtures are polished brass, that’s also a longer manufacturing process than chrome, brushed nickel, etc. so that’s what gave me time to go to Q for a week plus get home and wait 3 more weeks. But it’s done and I’m thrilled. Taking a shower under the rain showerhead is like being under a waterfall. I can only describe it as “glorious.”

It’s very tempting to take a longer shower Cheryl. However, being a native Californian and having experienced many drought years and water restrictions, taking a short shower is rather ingrained. I will admit, however, to adding a couple extra minutes ever so infrequently.
