Thank you all for the birthday wishes. Oh I celebrated allright. Had a big lunch and then on the drive home stopped and got a Blended Hazelnut Mocha (I dont even want to know how many carbs and calories LOL). Back on the diet tomorrow. The boyz (part of my game day crew) are taking me out to lunch on Wednesday before we play Mexican train....I wont be having as many carbs or calories that day. I am only allowed 1 meal per week where I can have whatever my little heart desires. Other than that continuing with my low carb diet. I lost 3 lbs last week but probably they are back ha ha
