I don't think my new trailer has a ladder on the back. What kind of ladder should I get to get up on the roof?

Well, you could get one installed professionally, otherwise home depot has
very light aluminum ladders in various sizes that would suit the purpose but
then where you store it during transport?

Just borrow a ladder when you need one.

Barbie - be careful. My first TT did not have a ladder and I inquired about having one installed. The roof would not hold the weight. So getting a ladder installed could be a safety issue.
Yes, either borrow one when needed, or buy a very lightweight, collapsible ladder. I've seen them stored near the propane tanks, so it is doable.

My desert neighbor (his wife is the one that isn't too friendly) has a ladder that appears to be really
good gets big goes small of course he has a big rig to haul it with but I think it collapses down to fairly small.
but have to agree that if it doesn't have a ladder don't install one.....oh a thought ask the previous owners
when they deliver the trailer how they access the roof....
have fun with it ok

What Liz said.
Ladder = weight. That's how you're going to nickel-and-dime yourself into being overweight.
Besides, there's a reason they didn't put a ladder on the trailer. It wasn't built to support one.
