We just signed the purchase agreement! $780K. $30K over asking price! Had three offers real close to the same amount. We are very happy with our choice! Will be closing on April 27th so I need to get busy and find a place soon. Hopefully that place I look at tomorrow will work out for me!

Take as many deep breaths as necessary and keep moving forward. At least now you might be working on smile lines more than worry wrinkles. Be calm and think things through you are definitely deserving of a few positive adventures in the future.
