Bought this dress to keep in car and put on over shorts when visiting churches - all hand embroidered
The city at sunset

One of the buildings getting for Valentines Day and the masks on the light poles for Carnival
Am making album of little town of La Noria that we visited. Will, try to upload later.

Another interesting series of photos. I love how you do themes. Also love that dress. And its good to know you are not an Ugly American, you have respect for their culture. Thank you for being a good Ambassador.

Oh Carol, Gorgeous pics, as usual. I love the dress. You certainly make one want to visit Mexico. I echo what Sparkle said...you and your DH are exceptional ambassadors. Evident by how you handled yourselves during the special event for the ship tourists - Pole and wheel dancers. Thank you so much for sharing your daily adventures and treasures.

I don't wear dresses often, but I like that dress. So light and airy. Beautiful sunsets as usual. Thanks...I look forward to the whole slideshow.

Carol, it's great that you and DH are scouting out the area for our guided caravan in the near future
The forum sisters have taken a secret vote and I thought I'd better give you a heads up.
Hmmmm, what were those dates now?????? And maybe for this trip we should also find a dress for Belle.
I'm really enjoying my virtual trip. carold

I, too, could actually wear that dress and not feel as if I were masquerading, as I usually do when I wear a dress!
I am game for whenever for that guided tour to Mexico, as soon as I get free from this job!
It's as if I actually know something of the place now, for the first time in my life!
Thanks so much, Carol!

My favorite part about the dress goes along with Sparkle's comment. You bought a dress their, that fits their lifestyle and their habits and their customs. Thank you and I hope to be 1/2 as good a tourist in MX when I go as you are.

I love the Embroidered dresses too, I have a pretty Red one and have several tops too. I got my dress in Saltillo and one of my tops near Mexico City. I still want more they are beautiful, cheap and light ....perfect on hot days. I'll have to find my photo's of the dresses I found.
