Well that was a bummer! Glad you got $$ back but at least scenery was spectacular. Glad your good times continue.

glad that there was a silver lining in the trip...it's too bad that they didn't do more to make the

Well, you did "watch" didn't you?
My son took me and his family whale watching off Monterey a year and a half ago, and it was so rough none of us cared whether we saw whales or not! His wife and I had bragged that we never got seasick. Ha! We both did, as did both kids, which I held with their heads on my lap for most of the extremely rough trip--not even allowed to walk around anyway because of the rough water. All I saw was one tail.
At least you got your money back!
