Tonight in Oklahoma

Ok, I didn't play by my own rules. I don't have many, but one that I try to never deviate from is being stopped for the night before dark. So, I'm not even where I figured to stay if I got this far. But I'm at an RV park, we're safe, and while there are quite a few permanents, there is no office and no signs about paying. I guess I'll be surprised in the morning.

Stay safe and warm.

Any clues about roads or towns you are near. Remember, I are an Okie!

I'm barely in OK - in Guymon. Tomorrow, TX. Only about 220 miles tomorrow and I think I'll sit for 2 days. If I get a site in the free cg with hookups :)

That is not barely! That is the Panhandle!!! The City Park has 4 sites and is free, but no electric. Hope you did get a good place out of the other three. As you know, it can be bitter cold up there, so be safe GF!

Will pray you along for a safe trip mañana. Keep warm.

Temps still in the low 20's tonight.

The panhandle is where I entered OK. I would have stayed at the free park, but had already decided against Boondocking yet. My body is not ready for that in these temps right now.

Had to ask husband and guess we drove through there in 08. Stay warm and rest. So how cold is the Panhandle right now. My sister in law and father in law live in Guthrie over in mid state north of OKC. Glad you are safe and keeping us up,with your travels.

I wish I was still in OK so I might be able to finally meet you in person, Beth. Maybe if you ever do the East coast again. Stay warm and safe.

You are really making time. Be careful! We never got warmer weather until here in San Carlos - come on down. Lots of spaces in the park, good electricity and right across from the beach! - good water for kayaking etc.
We'll wait for you! :P

So, so tempting, but too many reasons to stay in Arizona this winter.
