From sea to oasis San Carlos

Took a rough drive out into the desert today to Nacapula Canyon. It is an oasis in the bottom of a canyon. Cactus and palm trees. Very interesting. Lots of different plants and butterflies and even hummingbirds.
one of the big organ pipe cactus
one of the better parts of the road
one of the worst
some of the palm trees
a Nacapula tree
not so wild life we found
the view going back down to town
the marina in San Carlos
check out the houses up on the hill
leave us alone!

Oh yes, I found a place for you all to stay in Guyamas when you visit down here
This will be last from San Carlos - Guyamas area as we leave tomorrow for another beach town about 150 south of here. From there we will take a day and drive into Alamos in the car. Until then.....
