Puters are frustrating at times.

Bad enough that I was snowed in for a couple weeks but my computer decided to be a bad boy. I would barely get online when it would start telling me that IE couldn't display that web page; no matter how many of them I tried to bring up.
Finally found the right help page and did some major reconfiguring. Then I had to start readding programs that got deleted in the process. Still not sure how much I have lost but at least now I can get online and stay there.
Will have to do a lot of reading of all your posts to catch up.
Aren't computers fun?

Computers are so frustrating at times, but I feel so lost without it !!! One of those love/hate relationships I guess :D

Last weekend I was having trouble with my computer. It kept telling me that my modum was being used by another program and I couldn't get online. I fought with that thing for hours. It wasn't until the next day that I thought about restoring it to a time when it was working. That worked and was able to get online. I know just enough about computer to get myself in trouble. I need to back up my pictures before this thing crashes. They are the only thing I don't want to lose.

I am so impressed that you ladies did your own fixing. I would have unplugged it and run yelling, "Hep me! Hep me!" to a computer geek.
