The Volcano Lady Makes Plans

I am planning my next volcano adventure to take place in a month or thereabouts.

I am planning on visiting - for the first time ever - mighty Mount Mazama volcano, located in Southern Oregon. For those not familiar with this name, Mount Mazama is the home of Crater Lake, which is enclosed within it's towering caldera walls.

I have just joined Passport America, so am looking for a place to camp in the general area. I am hoping for water and electric, and dog-friendly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Anne

You might want to check out the Newberry RV Park at La Pine, OR. Not all that close to Crater Lake but the Newberry Volcanic Monument is right there.
