Yes there were birds but no I didn't take any pictures of them.....

enjoyed the park have heard so much about it...my sister in law has been to it often...she says the wild flowers when
you get there at the right time are marvelous. thanks for thinking of us and be safe as you travel on

We haven't made it to the Big Bend, even after living in the West TX area for 9 yrs. at Ft. Bliss....may have to think about that...

Thanks, Tina - I like rocks also. Love that the bluebells are blooming for you as you cross TX.
Make it a very SLOW drive if you want to avoid the snow in OH.

Are those bluebells? They look like what we call lupine in CA. Wonder if they're the same but different name. Wonderful pictures Tina. Thanks.

In Texas we call them Blue Bonnets. They are beautiful in the spring!

I made the same comment and was assured that they are indeed the same as our Lupines
