Well Mitch and Tina are hitting the road today heading west. Nikki headed back home yesterday. The West campground will be empty again. Sprinter joined us a couple of times for food and a day in Bandera. Here's hoping they stop by on their way home. It was a great visit, good food, good friends and lots of puppies. At one point we had seven dogs and only six hoomans. Baxter and Sophie enjoyed having their furry friends visit. So glad Nikki got to meet some more of the ladies. Gonna seem pretty lonely around here now.

This is one campground that doesn't show up on ALLSTAYS.
But definitely five stars..... The manager finds you flat paved parking with electric......There was water but the temperature was not encouraging to want to hook up.
My three dogs had a wonderful time. The little monkey/squirrel puppy was in heaven. Karen's Baxter kindly played tag team with Remi. Baxter would play with Audrey and when he wanted to take a break he would step back and Remi would start back playing with her again. Remi appreciated the help.
Sophie supervised all dog related activities to be sure nothing got out of hand.....
Thank you Karen for welcoming us and being such a great host.
Watch the roads Liz. We are on the way!

Roads should be clear and good for travel. If i had my tire i'd be heading west today. probably won't get to do that until Wednesday. My icicles may even melt today. Plan on dumping and filling fresh water when they do. I was able to open the big outside compartment that was frozen shut. Still can't get to my propane tank to check the level. May have to take the hair dryer to it later if it doesn't thaw out.
I'm doing a load of laundry...$1 to wash, 75 cents to dry.

So glad for the good times.
Liz, I would gladly send you my laundry. One to have someone else do it, but two because those rates can't be beat.

Oh Karen I hope more visitors come soon, a house does seem extra quiet after being filled with fun and friends.
Humm is Sophie hiding under the table because one of the other doggies made fun of her dress. Love the way Remi looks like he is carefully studying what I think may be Tina's hand of cards. TedE sure looks comfy in his moms arms. Thanks for the pictures.

Sophie LOVES to dress up cause everyone goes, "Oooooh isn't she precious" and start petting and making over her. Besides it helps keep her hairless belly warm. Baxter is a different story. When I put a sweater on him he just freezes for a minute or so like, "You want to move in this?????" The things are furbabies put up with.
