Just got home after my 3 week solo trip.....Started off real bad but ended out to be a wonderful trip...
First day on the road...my daughter and her friends decided on their own mom needed to be escorted through a pass. Well thank god they did....just before pass a blew one tire and popped another tire on my passenger rear side. Got a tow truck to change the tires, only had one spare and it was in bad shape so they followed me to next exit where there was a Les Schawb, thank god! then i spent my first night in their parking lot. That next morning after tires were replaced i see I have a major oil leak so....off to a mechanic to get it fixed....Well everything work out fine, thank god I had my daughter with me through all that and I made it to my destination 1 day later then planned but had a great time camping with my daughter and friends in north California..Yreka....for alittle more then 2 weeks.
I first thought after my problems this solo trip stuff was for the birds...but now I think idf I made it through that, I can make it alone again. So here is to all of us women Rv ers.....
