And failed miserably...

These have to be some of the best fish tacos I have ever had...
And I'm not dead, or even sick.
Miracles do happen.

Lightly grilled tilapia, homemade pico de gallo, homemade guacamole, and shredded lettuce on a freshly warmed corn tortilla.
OMGosh...YUM.

I'm going to have to find something else to be mean to her about because her cooking just ain't cuttin' it.

I have to say, they were pretty good, but I drew the line when she asked me to wear a fake mustache and a sombrero!

Oh, oh, Sounds like maybe there's gonna have to be a GTG at Mitch's next year so we can have a feast of various kinds. Looks good and with the Sultan and Vickie cooking, well... Just don't bring a scale along ladies :lol:
