CArol (Carolinagal) and I met at Obey River on the TN/KY line Sunday evening. There were only 2 electric sites left and nice "buddy" ones at that.

Today is a down day while we recoop from all the preparations and initial drive to get here. We will plan the rest of the trip into MI and how to get there today.

Looks like a good place to rest and recoup. I always feel like if I would just get away from the house, even if just went 50 miles, I could get on the road the next day easier. No matter how ready I think I am, I'm not.

Wow! I'd have the kayak out and be paddling on that lake! So pretty! Good thing you guys are both shorties to fit in there! :lol:

What a great place to start out . . . all lined up on scenic, level sites. Don't see any of those yellow blocks in that photo! :lol:
