photos question

Postby mnladyus » Thu Jul 11, 2013 4:22 pm

I'm wondering if you ladies keep your "photo bucket" photo album public or private? I had my camping folder as public but I got a message from a person that was not so nice, so I now I made my folder private. I thought maybe if it's private that you may not be able to see the photos I post. The album is now private, can you still see my photos?

Yes, I can see the photo of your dog and the two in your signature pane.

Sorry that someone was not being nice.

Thank you for posting. I know the email I got about the camper photo would not have come from anyone on this board. I will keep it private now. Have a wonderful weekend, and lets hope for nice weather.

What in the world could someone say that wasn't nice about your rig - I LOVE your rig! Wish I had it!

As much as I can online, I keep private.

What they had to say had nothing to do with the camper or camping. It was smut.

Yikes ... nasty people. Probably like the kids who used to ring and run - this is the way folks get their kicks in the internet age.

My Photobucket has been private from day one. There are too many scumbags out there.

My folders have always been private also, but I started a new folder to use on this site and I thought it had to be public for the photos to show up. I now have it posted as private.

Thanks Mitch yours is pretty cute also. I thought long and hard before I got Butch. I wasn't sure at my age if I wanted to commit to having a pooch or not. But when I seen him I just had to have him. He goes just about everywhere with me. I even called ahead to a restaurant down by Lake superior to see if he could sit out on the deck and have lunch with me, everyone sitting out on the deck loved him. He really is a good dog. He even impresses the vet. I figure a house is not a home without a pooch.

Mitch and Mary Ann, is there some kind of tie-down inside the carrier that attaches somehow to your pooches? Also, do you know if there is a maximum weight for the carriers? I'd love to have something like that for my two but they weigh 15 and 18 lbs so are probably a little bigger than yours.

Sandi, Butch is just in his little bed that lays on the floor. I always toss it in the car with his blankets so he's comfortable when he travels. I have it in between the seats and it just sort of curled up around him. I think the ones like Mitch has, has the tie downs. Do a search online for dog car carriers and you should see a bunch of them. Butch is 20# and will be 2 years old in November.

I got Abby's at PetSmart when she was a baby. There was a hook to latch on to her collar. We never used it.

Sizing Guide:
For help determining which size seat is best for your pet, we recommend cutting out a piece of newspaper to the interior dimensions of each seat and placing your pet on each. This will help determine what size would be most comfortable for your pet.

Size:

Small:
For Pets up to 18 lbs. Interior sitting area measures 12" deep x 14" wide. Exterior dimensions of the product are 19" L x 15" W x 17" H.

Medium: For Pets up to 25 lbs. Interior sitting area measures 12" deep x 18" wide. Exterior dimensions of the product are 19" L x 22" W x 17" H.

Here's another cool one:

and Tucker rides in a cat crate in the back seat.   I don't even have to close its door anymore. He just stays in there for hours when we're on a trip or minutes to and from work.
