Impromptou GTG
Posted: Wed Jul 03, 2013 9:36 pmWell my holiday has started out H O T. Hottest day of the year here in Southern Oregon and last night my AC decided it was done blowing cold air. Sheesh...got the fans out and managed to survive until this morning. Laura (CougarFan) was on her way down to spend the holiday weekend with me. Called the AC people and they would come out sometime today.....well wasnt sure if it needed a part or what.....might have to order it (the usual) and just knew I could not survive the night LOL Too dang hot for me. So when Laura got there I informed her we were "leaving". Hitched up the car, turned the AC on in the MH and since she had not unpacked yet just threw her stuff in the MH.
We took off 80 miles north of us to 7Feathers Casino as I knew they had spots available. Did I mention we had dining coupons and free slot play?? ha ha So we are happily settled in with our 50amp power source and the AC on...we are 2 happy campers.
My AC fellow called and said he was done and it was all fixed.....he just happened to have the capacitor part I needed in his truck. Yippee. We are staying here until Friday. Laura managed to throw in the Bottle of Baileys so an evening adult beverage will surely be on our agenda.
