I am so excited, I finally did it I bought a 2004 Forest River Georgetown 30 ft with 2 slides and its so pretty. I took a driving class with it on Thursday and it handles really good and I never hit a curb, car or anything. I can't wait for Tuesday and I take possession.
Here's the 2 big questions: how do I post a picture and so I buy the extended warranty, Good Sam Elite offers for $1450.00 a year? Posted the picture in My Rig section.

Jeanine, that is SO exciting. Can't wait to see the pictures!

Hop on over to the Forum "MAINTENANCE/TECH ISSUES" - instructions for posting pictures are at the top of the list. You must use an offsite service - like Photobucket - to host your pictures and then you copy the [IMG] codes to insert them here.

If you have any questions or trouble after reading through those instructions, come back here and we'll guide you through it.

Happy Dance for you!!

As for the Extended Warranty, make sure you understand exactly what will be covered and what won't be covered. Then it is a personal decision whether it's better for you to buy it, or put that much in a savings account for future repairs as needed.

Congratulations. Have fun making it feel like home. SO many decisions to sort through. What Liz said about the extended warranty. It is often money or money! ANd you know those insurance folks make lots of money off these... :?

Congrats! I'm one in the corner where I put that money aside for necessary things ... much better off. But others will tell you differently. But, yes, make sure you know what is covered! In many cases it's only covered if it is deemed necessary to replace, not for repairs.
