Suggestion

As I peruse the forum, I gain so much information, but I know I will lose it in the large volume of postings. If you especially love(hate) a particular campground, please put a post on the campground thread. If you have boondocking suggestions, put in on that thread. It's okay to post in two places, like campfire and campgrounds. I just know that there is a wealth of information here but looking for it later via "search" is not always easy. For example, I am contemplating my travels this coming summer and want to lessen my $ outlay. I decided to look for the "free" or "almost free" camping info and was immediately reminded of how much helpful info is in this forum.

Beth, not that you have nothing better to do, but if you see helpful info that should be readily available, maybe you could make it the first topic in a particular thread. I think you have already done this in some instances.

This forum is so great. I speak of it frequently to people I meet in various campgrounds and also to my run of the mill friends. The support you find here is priceless. My youngest daughter Mandy came with me to Hillsborough to meet some of the "crazy ladies" that I speak of so often. She was definitely impressed (reassured). She now refers to you all as my "RV girlfriends".

Joan, sometimes I move posts just for this reason ... but other times, they are interweaved with other info, that it makes it hard. I wish we would use the room about kudos and kudnos more, also. And the campground room. We sure do have so much knowledge among all of us, and with cg's if we did that right we'd know so much (as we don't all like the same places, but if we post why we like a place, others would know what was good about it for us ... might not be for them, etc.

I'm all for what you said ... and sometimes search for things to find them, too.
