I used to have one of those in my shower and if I remember right, the little shelves are adjustable. Great idea!! I have a question about the RV's with the corner beds in the back. What do the mattresses set on? Is it a platform of some sort?

Evie, I see a great business op here.....better buy all you can find!!!

Yes Barbie, most rv beds sit on a platform and if you're lucky there's storage under them!

Barbie, Yes it's on a platform, as are most rv beds where ever they are located. Space underneath is either storage or something needed - in my case, under my corner bed, is my water tank.

Haha - about Evie buying them all out and reselling.

Just wanted to add my opinion here, albeit in the minority. :)
When we owned the two 5th wheels, most nights we slept on the jack-knife sofa. RV beds are on platforms (plywood) and do not give much and even with a nice mattress, they can be hard on my back. I much preferred the cushy sofa, still do.

On having a bedside table: when my sofa in Little Missy is down I still have room to walk between it and the dinette table, but it's still close enough to put my glasses, remote, book, cell, water etc right at arms reach.
So I'm very happy with not having a separate bed, nor a night side table. JMHO don't shoot the messenger!!

2 words.....MEMORY FOAM! Have it on every bed I own and wouldn't give it up for anything!! Or in the case of one of our rv's had the Sleep Number, loved that, too, but their pretty pricey.

I have 7 inches of memory foam on my corner bed in my trailer, and I LOVE it! Molly really has to jump high to get up on it, but, so far, anyway, she makes it with ease. It is still level with the windows next to it, and my fire escape window is still easy to use. For my bedside table, I have a rounded bread board/sink cover thing that just fits tightly in the corner where I stash my drinks, books, glasses, whatever. It works just fine for me. I had them install a reading light in the underneath of the upper bunk/storage area above me, so I am set in that corner bed.

Beth - You know I don't "do" pictures! Just stop at a Bed, Bath and Beyond and ask to see a tension bathtub shelf unit. (or maybe even Target, Walmart, Penneys, Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, etc). My chrome pole came in sections so I was able to adjust the height for my corner bed (which is like yours). I figured I'd try it and if it didn't fit or I didn't like it, I'd bring it back! There may be different kinds available - I'd like my shelves to be just a tad larger, but it works quite well.

About the bed topper: if memory foam is too hot for you, I have the poly filled or down filled toppers on both my house and RV mattress. Nice and soft and not too hot.

Go to Walmart.com and search for "shower caddy" and it will come up for you . It will be the 4th one down the list. There is also one on Target.com that has a chrome pole and a little more expensive.
