1 Fold N Tuk casserole dish ( silicone can be used in oven/microwave/freezer)
Kitchen pro, manual food processor ( how did I ever live without it)

I use Sparkpeople recipes - having got rid of all my cookbooks. Use Cozi.com to plan dinners and create grocery lists.

More later!

Wow, that is quite a list! I'll have to look up the items I copied above. I eat a mostly plant based diet with a little chicken, fish so if these things/recipes work for your heart healthy cooking, then they would work for me. Silicone is so much lighter weight and if it works great I would definitely switch out something I own. I do not have collapsible bowls but the ones that can be squeezed together for easy pouring. They stack inside each other.

Thanks for some new ideas to consider.

asst koozies..the collection tends to multiply....visitors always forget them.

couple of Rubbermaid liquid containers with screw top lids for water, juices, ice tea
serving tray for carrying things outside

Highly recommend it for anyone suffering from CRS. While I'm at this I will warn all of you of the evils of going outside and forgetting about the potatoes you're cooking for potato salad...scorched potatoes really really stink.

DH has his cooking equipment for the grill and campfire in the basement.

Well.. I didn't mean to copy the whole thing.... I just wanted to say thanks for sharing the idea of a serving tray.. I have one and I think its a great idea.. I'll put mine in the RV...

Sunny,
I have never heard of a thermal cooker. I typed it into Google and this popped up. I found one on the Home Depot site. It looks very interesting!
I want to live a more simplified life with my dog!
