Have a couple of items parked on a WISH list for future consideration, but want to get some miles logged and see what others are using also. I haven't used the slow cooker much and may get rid of it in favor of a George Foreman Grill or Rocket Grill. I do have a Weber Q grill, but wet cold weather hasn't allowed for much outdoor cooking.
Also looking a microwave pressure cooker - , a thermal cooker ( for slow cooking while boondocking).
I use Sparkpeople recipes - having got rid of all my cookbooks. Use Cozi.com to plan dinners and create grocery lists. As a working mom have used the computer to plan meals for many years - maybe when I retire I won't need to, but old habits die hard
More later!
