...and the possibility of any water leaks, that was mentioned before. If moisture has made in through the roof or any of the seams there could be major $$$$$ damage to the internal structure. :? But it also could just be a sweet deal with a few headaches and known expenses that would be expected over time...like those tires, a generator that hasn't been run, etc.....

If that water was ON the roof and not finding it's way inside, might not be a problem ... easy to fix.

You know where the water was pooling on the roof. I'd go inside and, with a finger, poke around. I think that if there were any issues on the roof you could feel a qualitative difference in how the ceiling felt. Is the puddle near a vent? If so, inspect the seams around the vent from the inside. Not knowing what this particular roof is made out of, it could just be a bit of warping without any leaks. Hard to tell unless you inspect it closely. If that's the only thing you found wrong, I'd think about it -- especially if you can inspect the ceiling and it seems solid.

One thing I've noticed about looking at older rigs is the smell. If there's been a leak somewhere you can smell it. There's a definite mustiness that's hard to ignore. So take a good whiff and see what you think.

Have fun looking!
