Ava, I agree that the quilt and afghan are 'Today's treasure and Tomorrow's keepsake' most likely passed on to next generation. This has me thinking I might need to get my sewing machine out of the storage bldg. I have always loved to sew but something happened, probably subconsiously, when my marriage ended, even the thought ofsewing made my depression worse. For the past 6 years I have only done mending. I think I need to learn to knit or crochet or quilt..now why am I talking and not getting on with it?
