Thanks everyone for all the support you have given me thru this effort, and the times I just collapsed and could not get it together to sell the house. You all have cheered me on ... And cheered me up.

Today the tension has been easing out of me like air seeping from a balloon. No sadness. Only relief. But I know that all of life is a mixture of emotion. I've been so stressed for so long, I won't know how to act.

Life is SO good.

Yeah Janice! You go girl! It is so hard and bittersweet when you finally sign those papers. I closed yesterday too. I wish I had my motorhome to look at too, but supposed to pick up on Monday afternoon after I get funding, I sure want to see pics of you heading out on the road!

I'm so happy for both of you and I can only add re Janice's buyer and silly neighbors..remember only your life with your husband in the house and as for the other, never look back...Now, Dawn you will be staring at a beautiful new Motor Home Monday, complete with 4 TV's. My first TV viewing experience at age 11 was looking at the neighbor's from their front porch. They turned the TV around to the picture window and about 4 families brought lawn chairs and watched Saturday Night Hit Parade...loved Gisele McKenzie, anybody else remember? Now it seems I might come full circle as I park close to Dawn in Branson hopefully and get to watch TV outside complete with popcorn and beverage of choice.
Now please to all of you, keep your fingers and toes crossed for my house selling before winter. I will now be paying utilities at both places, not to mention ongoing taxes and insurance but we do what we have to do and I am remaining optimistic. I have decided to list it as soon as I have it showroom ready. I have friends who dabble in real estate and I am going to have to risk hurting their feelings but I am going to use a company with the best sales records and the best salesperson.

That is something that you can use in your favor. Explain that you need to get rid of the house as soon as possible and were simply taking the quickest way to get rid of it.

And just because it's listed with a different agent doesn't mean that if they know of someone who might be interested in it that they can't show it to them. Besides????? If they did have someone already interested in it?? Why haven't they said something? They did know what you were doing and what you were planning to sell. They should have said something already.

Congratulations Janice. I know it's been a long road, but you did it. Now time to start a new book and this is the first chaper like the others have said. Best wishes and safe travels for wherever that road takes you. If you are even in MI, give me a holler. There are many days when I would love to just dump this place and hit the road for awhile too, but not an easy decision.
