Yea, congrats Judy. The biggest step in your retirement plans if over. Now to finish up the rest of the stuff and let the fun begin.

Now, if you had bought that thing in the Detroit area, I would suggest driiving it up here. You would be welcome to store it at my place. But I know OH is much closer. Hmmmm, then I could have some fun "living" in it

Can't wait to see the pic.

Let the fun begin.....and yes there will still be some stress, life changes are still life changes, even when we are looking forward to them. But the worst should be over! :) Enjoy all the explorations and don't be afraid of any of the to be "expected" unexpected bumps in the roads of getting to know where everything is and how everything really really runs...... those are where the memories are made......may the fun be major and the bumps be minor!

Congrats on the new rig. Whereabouts in OH does your son live? I'm in Lima, so if you "camp" anywhere nearby, I'd love to meet you.

He lives near Mansfield, OH, Kelpie. Thanks for your offer, but I've been told Ohio has some excellent state parks, especially towards the eastern part. Any suggestions for any where we could go with the three grandchildren? They are ages 2, 3, and 5, so mostly they just like to run around. We would need full hookups, however, with three little kids.

For the rest of you, I bought a new Fleetwood Tioga Ranger 31N. I'll post pictures when I can get them, but it is a Class C with a front couch and dinette. They will remove the dinette and I will replace it with a recliner for my back, but keep the dinette in storage for when I sell it someday. It also has two slides--one in front and one in the back for the bunks, which convert to a small dinette. Nice big wardrobe in back and underbed storage, plus several storage compartments underneath, although not one really big one that I would have liked.

Whew.
