Oooh...the cake 
Something about cutting the pup up that is sort of strange 
but then Herschel said he would just eat the cake without slicing 
It is why we live with animals, they are so not sentimental.
Been at work all day but did make it out to dinner Mexican style. Was able to make it through work without anyone even knowing it was my birthday
Thank you all so much for all the Birthday Greetings here. Both kids also remembered to call so I was 2 for 2 there. 
The day was all sort of low key, my usual birthday....but I plan to have more adventures on those unbirthdays in the future. ...and I will have some $$$ to get there.

Still enjoying the glow of birthday greetings. As others have mentioned, what did we every do without forums and FB? I was able to sneak by on so many quiet B-days.... Thanks again for all the b-day wishes. And today was a pretty good "Unbirthday" to start off the year! Looking forward to another tomorrow!
