Happy, blessed birthday! Hope it's a gooder!

Will you be traveling far enough inland to get some pictures of non-coastal birds?
Being from the Midwest I miss seeing some of my old favorites, or even some
birds that live in conifer forests.

Happy Birthday, Birdie!

Guess I got a birthday message from you today. As I drove down the main road heading home this afternoon I saw a red tailed hawk sitting on the guardrail. Now that's odd along the side of a busy city street. I went around the corner and got my camera ready cuz I knew I'd have a hard time being believed. By the time I got back around to the spot I saw the hawk had left his post and was swooping down into the big field in front of the church. Don't know what he had in his clutches but he did have something. Sorry, no picture except the one in my mind. Then I come home and open up the board to see it's Birdie's birthday. Hmmmm. Thanks for the bird show on your birthday, girl.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BIRDIE!

I am sure you have mixed feelings today, as it's the first birthday of your life without your mom, but, if you look in a mirror before you go to bed, there she will be! Keep that thought in mind that she is within you and celebrating with you.

Hey Sistahs!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Was out celebrating that I am fortunate enough to have made it another 365 days. Was a great day. And yes I am getting ready for the Port Lavaca trip, boondocking on the beach. One of my non-RV friends couldn't remember that and called it "Free Basing"! Was gone just about all day doing things. Had a great dinner with my brother and SIL at Olive Garden and had nice left overs....probably tomorrow dinner.

Thanks for the Bird day cake Vickie!! Bet you had to rope those birds to get them on the cake. Ava, it is nice to know you had the great pleasure (?) to birth your daughter on a great day! Soos, Mom hasn't known my birthday for the last 4 years. So it was not so bad to get through this year. You Port L ladies, yep we will have to lift a glass of happiness.

So here we go striving for one more in a string of many more! Thanks again and big hugs to you all.

Happpy birthday Birdie
Sounds like you had a great day so glad that you did
I had a bird moment yesterday....was riding with dh and saw this object on the pole
mentioned to dh that I thought it was a young buzzard or something of that nature as it had a
long skinny neck..low and behold it was still there when we went to town next and next ...so going to
have to look and see what that object was or is
