I think that you have done a wonderful job of thinking and balancing out the issues.......The one "emotional" issue that you may have to think about regards your father and his future health. You have a very close relationship with him. It is wonderful that your brothers are a strong part of your father's support system and you know that they will be there for him. Will you be able to NOT be there. Will you be able to deal with being separated by so many miles when/if his health deteriorates....... the changes can come so fast for any of us but the chances increase with age..... :? From what you have described I am thinking that your father will say "Spread your wings girl and Fly!" :)
