We use CoachNet and love it! Over the years have used it FIVE times - all with excellent service. They ONLY deal with Rvs so you always get the right assistance sent. They tow you to the next appropriate repair facility not just the next town. They have technicians available 24x7 to try and determine if you need an assist with a problem or can arrange for tow to come to you. They also call ahead and get you an expedited repair appointment.
Here how we have used them over the years:
Coolant leak while parked- towed to shop.
Stuck in wet, slick grassy field - winched out to blacktop (had to be within 100' and we were!)
300+ mile flatbed tow in Alaska - Truck sent from 200+ miles away to near Haines AK at the end of the highway. That tow would have cost us $2200. Out of pocket =$0
Two other occasions - having engine issues but driveable - we called and they called to get us a repair appoinment at a shop they recomended. Called back with info on contact at the shop and appointment time.
Help came as promised when promised in all instances. They also call back after to see if you were satisfied!! While we love them, I hope it is a long time until we need their number again. Whatever you decide to get, read the FINE print. AAA is generally deemed very poor for RVers as they are often unfamiliar with the special needs and coverage changes by region - some offer NO RV coverage.
