Here's hoping all goes well. I know the stress when trying to sell a house and the longer it drags on the more difficult it becomes, but looks like all these months of waiting may be finally paying off.
And now the real work begins, finalizing everything and then FREEDOM!!!!! Whoa that's going to be nice for you just like it finally is for me.
