Verizon packages are on their website so that's where I go for data upgrades. I did recently have questions for Verizon when my LG tablet quit and I wanted to activate a different one. Everyone was very helpful as I needed to talk to different departments (my problem, not theirs). The 4th and final person didn't speak 'real' English. The time Verizon insisted I had used more data than normal, my computer had a Trojan.
Geeze, what a mess! I've had similar "conversations" with Comcast over the years, especially their tech support. (Not great internet choices in this neighborhood.) I am not a fan of the way internet is provided here, so I have no recommendations.
