That Park looks wonderful!!!! and your site is so pretty.....nice place for some down time....just a thought....when hanging things on walls, remember they tend to fall off while traveling.....I take ours down and lay them on the bed when we hit the road...even the ones with Velcro.....another "voice of experience" here....

My stuff has been on the walls for years and years now - nothing falls off. Just takes 2-sided sticky tape (good stuff) and I probably used too much of it. But I don't hang anything heavy. Then I might take things down. But nothing on my walls came down on either of my Alaska trips - so think I'm safe.

Glad you enjoy where you are ... that's so important. I've never been to that sp, but would go - especially after seeing your pics.

Really nice park. Love the spot for the dogs. Is that pen bigger than the one you had a boot camp? Looks bigger. You've had very busy last two weeks. Glad you are enjoying some down time

Red, it's the same pen. Just configured differently. More rectangular than square this time. There was more grass for the dogs that way. Have y'all decided on AZ for sure yet?

LOL Sheila, I used my drill to put anchors in the wall, then screws to mount my power strip and indoor/outdoor thermometer. The drill was one of the tools Chuck told me to take from the garage and bring with me.

DH keeps saying yes to AZ in January. But no idea of dates or places. How do you go about planning??

So far, I just take the date of when we need to be somewhere specifically and then figure where we will be in 150 miles or so. We stop there for a few days to a week depending on how soon we need to be somewhere specifically. Because our driving days have to be so short, we don't get anywhere very fast. One if the joys of being retired, we don't have to.

I am anxious to hear how your DH likes AZ. You are going to laugh. Ever since I loaned my portable satellite to him, Paul has been borrowing it ever since. I told him if we get to a point where I cannot get a signal with my roof mount, it has to come back to me. He loves not having to set his dish type up and then figure out where the signal is exactly.
