a bird landed in our planter!!!

Look what showed up in our planter at work...........
Image

She has yet to be named, the secretary is running a contest to name the bird. Winner
gets a pizza :D
The funny part is, on the second day, she went missing and a ransom note showed up.
Amber alert is posted for the unnamed bird and a reward is offered.
So everyone is having fun with this at work, and someone wrote on the whiteboard
that "HE tasted good"
Then of course everyone said, how do you know if it was a he or a she? Well, if eggs
show up I will guess its a she, but we have to FIND her first and take up a collection
for whatever ransom is yet to be demanded as the ransome note said, "details later"
Last year this happened with somebodies plastic havalina and the ransom was chocolate.
They didn't pay the ransom and the havalina came back a little mutulated but was fine
with a little "surgery"

What a fun idea. You don't think the bird might have run off to find Belle do you?

The contest sounds like fun. Lets help Ava win the pizza. How about Florence, Frannie, Flora, Frieda, OK too much like Sesame Street (with all names beginning with F for flamingo)  Hope the ransom gets paid. Linda

OF COURSE she went off to find Belle! After all, we have all wondered what is up with Belle lately, and she must have sensed our wonderings!

If the flamingo is a "he", he could be called Beau, and if he hooked up with Belle, they would be Belle and Beau. Has a nice ring to it!

Maybe because this "newcomer" is cuter than a havalina, the ransom will be paid on it so you can keep him/her around. Looks nice in the flower garden.

We had a motion activated Santa where I worked and he got kidnapped every year. We had so much fun with him.

Look what followed me home from Hobby Lobby. That thing at the bottom is a serving dish. They had a whole wall of beach and Flamingo signs and flags.

so much has happened, and I forgot to tell you!
just before easter pink eggs showed up in the planter (mysteriously of course)
there was the contest to name the bird, Bingo the flamingo got the most votes.
Runner up was Flip, the bird!
The milk carton with the flamingo picture on the side of it showed up in the
planter, then after easter little baby flamingos showed up with a sign that
said, "where's our mommy?"
Pictures showed up with Bingo sitting by a pool, and another one with Bingo
laying out on a towel with a bud light.
Yesterday another picture showed up showing a pink flamingo hanging on a rope
from somebodies ceiling fan, everyone freaked out. (I was home sick) :(
Today, Bingo showed up with a friend who we have decided to call Flip and
of course they just flew in as mysteriously as they flew out. The family is
happy and tomorrow we're having a celebration party of pink frosted donuts.
I've already stashed my camera in my purse so I don't forget to get pictures
of the family :D
