one from my daughter said it was really important to call her back
and one from the office here at the park. They received my note
telling them I was vacating the space next weekend. Well, they
cried, and they had called my daughter too, like she was going to
change my mind. They asked me to stop by the office and lets
work a deal cause they didn't want me to move out. They said
I'd been here a long time, and they never had one complaint
about me and I was not one of their "problem" tenants and that
I worked hard trying to make a living, yada yada yada. Please
stay they said. They wanted to help me get through these financial
hard times that everybody is having. So, here's the deal.....
No increase in rent, the lease stays the same. Of the two months
rent owed, (november and december) They will write off one month
and I will pay the other one, thats not all though....
for the next year they will give me one month free in the summer
when I need it the most, you know, like when we barely work any
hours and the electricity runs sky high because everybody is running
the ac. So, how cool is that? I feel so special, and I've canceled my
move. YEA!!! I GET TO STAY!!!
With the rent staying the same, the difference in the two playes is
only $47 dollars a month, then tack on the extra $10 a month in gas
I'm only saving $37, so thats not worth moving out of this SAFE area
and into a family park that I know nothing about.
Now I have to clean my yard, cause I hauled all kinds of stuff out of
the shed,
but what the hey, some of it needed to be pitched outanyway.
