The name of the room is "Members Only". The new on this header is simply that we have a new room.

Oh good, I can see a need for this. Although I thought only members could read the forum but a more private room gives extra security

Anyone can find the forum and read posts, but they cannot write posts themselves. This means that anyone can read what we write, so all of us should be careful what we say because it is very public.

Alice, I knew this forum wasn't private, and if you look at the number of posts compared to the number read, a big difference. Before I posted here, there were 6 posts but 68 had read this post. On the Morning Coffee post, you'd be amazed at how many people read our posts. I read posts for about a year before I became a member.

I read because I know almost everybody and have some good friends on here I don't post because it is an rv forum and Im just not that much into it anymore Hope to be kept as a member! Wendy

Actually, you need to realize everytime a post gets a new reply we all go back to read it... So we are counted numerous times for each post.

Wendy and any others who out there mostly just reading. Yes this started out as an RV forum and when many folks were out and about traveling that is what folks posted. The truth is that most of the postings are just about daily journeys. Cats, dogs, kids, decorating, cooking, reading, organizing and cleaning....... Daily adventures of life. If someone has RV and or traveling questions, they get answered, too. There aren’t that many of us here. Once here, always welcomed to be a part of the conversation. Not everyone is on Facebook and just as you remember us we remember you and would love to here you current adventures.

well said Tina...I remember years ago and probably on the "old" forum that one of our ladies shared and didn't with hold
names and issues and created for her a horrible family situation...since then I have tried to never share a name hence I believe the use of DD DS DH ect...started for all of us... I often think of those who no longer post and wish that they would do so more often.
My life seems stagnant right now and I realize that I've slowed down in my posting so get it but wish it was different.
getting ready to start stowing away stuff so I will be ready to head south hopefully the weather will not turn on me before that happens.
