Nice article. They wrote as if they actually understood what is was that you did/do! Some writers write what they think happened.

Keep having fun and exploring the possibilities!

Great article about a great adventure! Talk about a trip of a lifetime!! I did get a giggle about the guy who asked if your husband 'let you drive that thing' and would love to have seen his expression when he realized his misjudgement.

I got such a kick from the guys when you stopped at the station here - wanting to know why I got a hug :) Did they finally get theirs?

Thinking back, not really! Ivor (the older guy) plus the driver of the escort car and I were together the whole time - Ivor finally got a bit of a hug in Virginia at that rally. One guy shook my hand (that was the only time that happened) but his son gave me a hug. I have never hugged so many strangers as I did in a month!!

Great article. I was just going to ask where you put your luggage, but then you mentioned an escort car. Is that how you brought luggage with you? I am assuming you needed a few changes of clothing and such.

I hope you "educated" the guy who asked about your husband letting you drive it! Our country is really still so sexist!

LOL Judy, I asked that when she was here and was surprised to see how many places besides the passenger seat she has to tuck personal stuff in the SS!
