FINALLY - something for me to smile about!

My new ride - 2013 Nissan Frontier SV V6 Crew Cab.
Pick it up Friday afternoon.

Just think, Ms. Vickie - NO MORE HAVING TO WEIGH EVERY LITTLE THING!
One less thing for you to make fun of me for...

I figure it was time to start spending my heirs' inheritance.

Wow! Sweet Ride! :D Now you can even take your ice machine! The heirs should be on a need to know bases and they don't need to know!
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

Only bad thing is that I'm going to have to take a running jump to get in the cab...
And probably sit on a pillow (no electric seats).

Now I'll have to find a good (and easy to use) bed cover.
Any suggestions?

And those step-up things, whatever they're called.

Like your new truck Mitch. Dont know anything about bed covers, but could I suggest you get a spray in liner so you won't scratch up your truck bed, and those step up things are called running boards.

Woohoo, Mitch, nice ride!!

I am tired of weighing every little thing, too, so wanting a new truck when I can find one and stay off the road long enough to outfit it!

Ah, Mitch....Ernie says to tell you that they are called "running boards"....which will give you an extra leg up on getting into the cab....   and then he wants to know if it will tow our 5er....  (Lord, give me strength...I don't know where he comes up with some of this stuff....   )

In the mean time....that's one good looking "ride".... ;) ;)

VERY pretty! :)

Running boards are a good thing (says another height-challenged person).

The car dealer should be able to hook you up with an after-market place to get the bed cover. Another option would be a "tonneau" -- something to make the truck look more like an SUV, and give you covered space in the bed for things like your benny.

Lovely! :)

Well, I'll be darned - someone else who has to weigh stuff?
Isn't it a PITA?
If things go bad next week, I wouldn't have needed to get a new tow vehicle...my weight limits would increase dramatically.

The tow capacity on this truck (with 4x4) is 6,100 pounds. My Sienna van is 3,500 pounds. I'll have to look into the GWRWEVRTSJVG ratings once I get the truck. I'm just excited to be able to maybe drive up a mountain and not roll backwards...

Plus, IT'S RED ! Bad thing about red, though - it fades bad! Oh well. Still love red. And I'm having a hard time getting rid of it on my head...(I want to give the impression of a poor, little gray-haired, old woman in MX)...

It's a tonneau cover I'm looking for. I'm thinking about the BAK HD. Any opinions out there?
I have NO clue about running boards.

Check with the dealer on the running boards....we requested and got ours put on when we bought our Toyota Tundra....
