Thanks everybody. Ron saw the pictures I posted on facebook and he said it looked good too. We do have a cabinet that he built above the driver & passenger seat for storage that needs to be painted. It is bare wood right now. Our TV hangs from it as well as cup hooks for hanging coats in the winter. I told Ron he gets to paint that one - I defnitely don't want the light color paint on the TV

And yes I am thinking of that darn bedroom. It has offwhite, more dingy than white with light tan lines through it that I would love to cover but definitely won't be taking that on for awhile. Am thinking my girlfriend and I could do it in a couple of days when she comes to Texas in November - just thinking - Vicki you can say "I told you so!"

It's just the bathroom looks so refreshing and thinking it would be nice to update the bedroom. oy vey - what am I thinking???? :?: :?:

I'm wondering what is the object that looks like some kind of board for earrings? Please share.

The earring holder is a cheap $3.00 picture frame from Walmart. I took the glass and cut a piece of cork to fit the frame and then put the back of the picture frame on to have something to hang it with.

Originally I just had 3 5x5 cork squares sticky taped to the wall paper ( a friend of mine's mother had made a cork board earring holder for in her home) but I just stuck them to the wall. Well when I took them down (almost 5 years they were stuck to the wall) I had to come up with something and after asking for suggestions and thinking things through I decided cork in a picture frame would work. And voila - it does.

Thanks for asking. I then bought 2 smaller picture frames for pictures of my boys and their families - as you can imagine there are not alot of places to hang pictures and I had the space on the bathroom wall.
