Thanks for another great adventure. Everything looks so fresh and green.
Have you considered taking a pail with you next time so you can bring back some fresh milk? (Does anyone remember how to hand milk a cow these day?)

Liz, you sure know how to hang a carrot on a stick! I just wanted to be in all the glorious beauty with you. Of course, I am terrified of snakes, so I rarely venture alone into the woods for that reason. I recognize your excellent eye for framing a shot but what camera are you using? Great photos.

Not a fancy one. Canon Powershot SX100 with 10X Optical zoom, 8 megapixels.
I wanted one that will fit in my pocket, that I can whip out for a quick pic, and easy to carry on those hikes.

Most any digital camera will take good pics these days.

that was a really nice hike! Really enjoyed it...one of the unknown flowers reminded me of monkshood might check that out. Really enjoy the pictures that you take
