Finally got my pics uploaded and on my blog from my hike to the Santa Rosa Plateau and almost to the Tenaja Falls (never found it). Take a look-see. Some cool pictures! It was hard to narrow them down to 25 or so, from over 150 I took that day!

Loved the pictures. Great job and good composition too. It's nice seeing pictures of other parts of the country through the eyes of amatuer photographers. We have so much talent on these sites.

It's too bad we didn't live closer, cause I love hiking too. By the way. Save you pennies and when you get enough money saved, order a pair of Gore Tex Cresta Hikers from LL Bean. They are expensive but well worth the cost. I had a pair of the leather ones. They are actually backpacking boots, but waterproof, so comfty and grab the terrain, especially rocky country.

Looks like you had a really nice long hike. Beautiful countryside. That kitty sign would have been scary so far out, by yourself. Thanks for letting us share your hike.
You took some really interesting pix, things I probably wouldn't have thought to take a picture of, but sure made a nice blog for us all to read, and nice keepsake for yourself.

Beautiful pictures Barbie - you should get a couple of them blown up and framed.
Love the snow in the mountains and the lush green plants and ferns in the low lands - beautiful California.
