Everyday Life in Huatabampo

Postby asirimarco » Wed Dec 15, 2010 11:36 am

Just posted some pics on the blog that pretty well show everyday life here in rural Mexico
http://mexicobymotorhome.blogspot.com
despite what the US newspapers report this is a very peaceful country away from the borders. I would walk here anywhere. The people are very friendly.
will post a second section of this later - right now have to go watch Bill feed the birds - they have been patiently waiting for him right outside the front window.

Wow, I was saving this post for a quiet moment to enjoy it....well worth waiting for. Love those kinds of pictures, taken with an artist's eye. My favorite, I think, are the colorful bubbles on the equally colorful sand. Or maybe the bird in flight & his reflection. The net-throwing fisherman is great too. Ok, I give up, they're all the best. I want to be there.

Carol...those are gorgeous photos. What kind of camera do you have? Glad to see you are having such a nice time. I know another couple who refuse to quit going to Mexico for the winter, because they love it so much. Enjoy!

Love,
Sharon

thanks it is beautiful and peaceful here
I have a Sony cybershot 8.1megapixels - 10x zoom digital of course - so far this trip from Indiana to her I've taken 1285 pics + videos.
yesterday posted a video from here - the musicians showed up in the afternoon. and another guy got stuck in the sand - always somethings going on.

Just got caught up on your blog again. How do you keep so many photos organized? Loved everyone of them, keep them coming.
